Acknowledging your Order
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order.
We will email you again, once your order has been dispatched and if we have any updates or questions.
Shipping and Returns
Postage and packaging for all orders is charged on the weight of each item.
All orders are shipped on the next working day. If you order on a Friday I will endeavour to ship on the Saturday. Items ordered on a Saturday will be shipped the following Monday.
If you wish to return an item, then please contact us by email in the first instance. You should obtain proof of posting when returning any item.
Returns will only be accepted if the item is in an usued and unwashed condition, unless the item is faulty.
I will only accept returns within 14 days of purchase.
